01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to kxx8. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kxx8 ("kxx8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the kxx8 website located at https://kxx8.io and all associated services, betting markets, casino games, promotions, and features offered through the platform.

By accessing the kxx8 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kxx8 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kxx8. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kxx8 website at https://kxx8.io, including all pages, features, games, betting markets, and services accessible therein.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who registers an Account on the Platform or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus credit.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, reload bonus, or other incentive granted by kxx8 to a Player, subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of issue.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, instant game, or other market available on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer funds from their Account Balance to a designated personal payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by kxx8 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment source.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The kxx8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. kxx8 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all Bets voided, and any funds returned subject to verification of the deposit source.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether online betting and casino gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. kxx8 does not provide legal advice. Players must satisfy themselves that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. kxx8 does not target jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on kxx8. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. kxx8 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, kxx8 may close all associated Accounts and withhold any Balances pending investigation.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account. kxx8 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify kxx8 immediately by emailing [email protected]. kxx8 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

kxx8 may at any time request that you complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document (such as a National ID Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. kxx8 will process Account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe. Any outstanding Bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Remaining real-money Balances (excluding uncleared Bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC clearance.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kxx8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kxx8 does not accept cryptocurrency or any form of digital token.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount on kxx8 is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by kxx8, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are advised to check the limits applicable to their chosen payment method prior to initiating a deposit.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's Account within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 3 business hours to process depending on the sending institution. kxx8 does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit funds into the Account, subject to KYC verification. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by kxx8's payments team and are typically processed within 24 hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 72 hours. kxx8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

5.5 Source of Funds

All funds deposited to your kxx8 Account must be your own personal funds and must not originate from any criminal activity, money laundering scheme, or unauthorised source. kxx8 is committed to anti-money-laundering compliance and will report any suspicious transaction activity to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

kxx8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 with a 20x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ৳20,000 across qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification. kxx8 reserves the right to exclude specific Players from individual promotions at its sole discretion. A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, collusion, the use of multiple Accounts, or any other irregular activity — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their Account suspended pending investigation. Winnings generated through exploitative bonus use may be voided in their entirety.

6.5 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated free bets expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonus credit will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without notice.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All Bets placed on kxx8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable rules. kxx8 reserves the right to void any Bet that was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, that resulted from a technical fault, or that was placed in breach of these Terms.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

A Bet is not considered accepted until kxx8 has confirmed it and issued a Bet reference number. In-play Bets are subject to acceptance at the time the request is received by kxx8's systems; delays in network transmission may affect whether a Bet is accepted at a given set of odds.

7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual Bets and may vary by market, event, and game type. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and kxx8 reserves the right to adjust them without prior notice. Stake limits may differ for standard players versus high-volume players at kxx8's discretion.

7.4 Casino and Instant Game Rules

All casino games and instant games available on kxx8 — including slots from providers such as Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and instant titles such as Ludo Quick and Mines Gold — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. kxx8 acts as a distributor of these games and is not responsible for game outcomes, which are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or live dealer procedures.

7.5 Disputed Results

If you wish to dispute the outcome of a Bet or casino game result, you must raise the dispute in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the relevant settlement date. kxx8 will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of kxx8 on disputed results is final, subject to any applicable regulatory process.

08 Responsible Gaming

kxx8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your Account settings panel.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools or to contact our support team at [email protected]. kxx8 may also impose restrictions on an Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe a Player is experiencing gambling-related harm, even in the absence of a Player request.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kxx8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated irregular betting activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for any money-laundering purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the kxx8 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kxx8 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kxx8 Platform — including but not limited to the kxx8 brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, software, game assets, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of kxx8 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of kxx8.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kxx8 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption to service.

kxx8 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kxx8 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and security but cannot be held responsible for outages caused by third-party infrastructure, payment provider failures, or events beyond kxx8's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Privacy & Data

kxx8 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kxx8 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kxx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, kxx8 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a notice published on the Platform. The effective date of any updated Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kxx8 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair play and player protection. Players are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local laws prior to using the Platform.

Any dispute between a Player and kxx8 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process (see Section 15) should be pursued through the appropriate legal channels available to the Player in their jurisdiction.
